This bracelet looks like a slice of watermelon! I think it looks cute! It even has black "seeds"!
Start a Fishtail Bracelet!

Start your fishtail bracelet in red by twisting the first band in a figure of 8 and place on your fingers/loom/crazy contraption I have (replicates fingers).
Finish the Red Section

Finish the red section, about 20-25 bands, using some black bands to look like seeds
Start Adding the White Section

Once your length looks like the previous slide, then you can start adding the white bit inside the melon. You can add as much as you want, but I'd say about 5-7 bands. The white bands are near the top but the flash made them super white on the picture.
Start Adding the Green Section

Now, you can add the green "skin". This bit can be as long or as short as you require. Once you've finished, you're ready to end the band.
Complete the Band

To complete, use a C clip or an S clip as connect both sides together. There, the band is done!
