Water Proof Tinder Capsule

-napkin/tinder 
-scissors 
-matches
-candle (optional)
-straw
-pliers
 

Light the candle and put the straw over it so it melts just a little bit. Then take the pliers and squeeze the melted part of the straw. 

Add the napkin/tinder into the straw. Then melt the other side shut. 

Now you can stick it in your backpack and keep it, in case of an emergency. You could also put matches, dry grass, or anything you would need in a survival situation that could fit easily into a straw.
