Water Level Indicator Using Transistor
Hi guys today we will make a water level indicator using Transistor which can notify the level of water in tank.
This project is used to avoid the overflow of water in a tank so that we can save the water.
Different indicators in this project indicates the level of water in the tank.
Things You Need
For this project you need following things :
4 - BC547 transistors : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/876498.html
6 - 220 ohm resistors : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/9520910.html
3 - Colour led : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/9221071.html
1 – Buzzer : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/9221609.html
9v battery + battery clip : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/8419229.html
1x breadboard :. : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/8031572.html
Few jumpers : https://www.utsource.net/itm/p/9221310.html
Circuit
Connect everything According to the shown circuit.
And the number of transistors and LED can be increased of decreased depends on your requirement.
You can add extra Transistor and LED similarly in the circuit parallel to get extra LEDs.
Say now i have 4 transistors, so 4 wires that means we can use one wire at 25% , 50% 2nd , 3rd at 75% & 4th at 100% level. So if you are increasing one more transistor circuit then it can be used for 20,40,60,80,100% as well.
Test the Circuit
So i have connected everything on my breadboard and attached the respective wires to my glass and i am pouring it and as i start pouring it the circuit is getting completed and light indicators are turning ON one by one,
So make your water level indicator and attach to your tank and avoid overflow of water.
