Warmee - Safe Heat Anywhere (Portable Pocket Heater)

Materials

• 3.7v Li-ion Battery Charging Module
• Li-on 3.7V x 2
• 2 mini switch
• CPU Cooling Fan is recommended
• Nichrome wire 0.102mm
• 3" MDF board
• Flat head screw
• Enameled Copper wire

Tools

• Soldering iron and soldering wire
• Card board cutter
• Super glue/Glue gun

• Cut the MDF board by using a utility knife.
• Take two flat-head screws and superglue them to the MDF board.
• Tie the copper wires to both screws.
• Take nichrome wire and spiral it with the help of a pen.
• With both screws, solder the spiral nichrome wire.

• Switches are placed on a side panel of an MDF board.
• The switch was linked to the fan, nichrome wire, and batteries. (refer the circuit diagram shown above)

• The module is tested after the circuit has been completed. The heat could be felt surrounding the nichrome wire.
• Every component is then fixed using hot glue to the MDF boards, and the box panels are then covered.

• After fitting all the panels, we named our product and added some printables to it to make it look attractive. And now our Warmee is ready.
