Warhammer From 3/4” Steel Pipe
I haven’t published anything in quite a while, but this time, I won’t forget about Instructables. This is a warhammer I made for about $15 CAD. It has two sides of its striking end, the blunt one and the less blunt one. I may add onto this Instructable eventually.

Supplies
Here’s what you need: 24” of 3/4” galvanized or black (galvanized is sometimes more expensive but it’s less messy and less prone to rusting, most of the parts I used were galvanized), one 3/4” steel end cap, a female 3/4” steel “T” fitting, a female 3/4” x 1/2” (or 3/8”) reducer, depending on the reducer size, either a 1/2” or 3/8” plug (solid is preferable to cored but either works), any 3/4” female fitting, a 4” steel nipple, a 2” steel nipple, and optionally, some form of grip, I used a scrap piece of inner tube but paracord or twine are good choices too, they allow you to make a wrist strap.
Assemble the Head
Assemble the parts as shown. As tightly as you can by hand without hurting yourself. Make sure you can unscrew them too. The first picture shows all required parts to make this. The grip and green thing are very helpful but not needed.
The Handle
Optionally wrap where you will be gripping the handle in something that isn’t uncomfortable, I used a piece of exploded inner tube and some tape to hold it in place. Next, add that random 3/4” fitting (mine was 3/4” x 1”, although a 3/4” end cap would probably be a better choice) on the bottom of the handle to prevent your warhammer from flying out of your hands.
Final Assembly
Screw the head onto the handle tightly and have fun with your new warhammer! I sometimes put a crappy sword I made out of the scraper from a snow shovel in the handle. I hope you enjoyed my Instructable, if so, please vote for it in the 1 Hour Challenge.
