Supplies
You'll need:
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of all-purpose white flour(microwaved on high for 60 seconds, or microwaved on normal for 90, to heat-treat it)
2 tablespoons of milk, add more for creamier dough
1 cup of chocolate chips(miniature or otherwise)
Some kind of wafer
A large bowl
Something to measure with!
Gather Your Materials!
You'll need the supplies I listed before: brown sugar, granulated sugar(normal white sugar), milk, butter softened to room temperature, chocolate chips, a wafer, and white flour. The amounts of each ingredient are in the supplies list.
Heat the Flour.
You need to heat the flour because it's not good to eat it raw. Take your flour, put it in a microwave-safe bowl or container, and heat it on high in the microwave for 60 seconds, or if you don't have a high setting, 90 seconds. It might have a weird texture and look to it, but it's a necessary step.
Start Making the Cookie Dough.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter. Beat for about 1 minute, or until light and fluffy. Then, beat in the vanilla and salt.
Continue Making the Cookie Dough.
Now beat in the flour. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time. Beat it until it starts to look like dough!
Finish the Dough.
Add the chocolate chips! Then put it in the fridge for about 30-45 minutes, depending on the temperature of your fridge. Take it out and it's done! Now grab your wafer.
Finish the Sandwich!
Take any kind of wafer and split it into pieces. Then, use the pieces to make a sandwich! It should look like this:
