Disconnect Turbo Charger

Disconnect everything from the cold side of the turbo charger: intake plumbing, coolant hoses etc. Clamp off coolant hoses to minimize leakage

Remove Oxygen Sensors

Remove both oxygen sensors from the down pipe, its recommend to torch the oxygen sensor bung to make removal easier.

Remove Downpipe

Remove hardware securing downpipe and remove it

Oil Line

disconnect the oil line near the cold side of the turbo

Remove the Turbo/header

Torch the nuts securing the header, remove the nuts then remove the turbo/header assembly.

Separate Turbo/header

Remove the turbo heat shield, then torch and remove the nuts securing the header to the turbo to separate the two.

Install New Header on Tubrbo

Install a new gasket on the turbo, then attach the new header with the heat shield bracket and hardware. Install the turbo heat shield then install new gaskets on each header flange.

Install Header/turbo

Install the header assembly onto the engine, then install the down pipe, oxygen sensors and everything else on the cold side of the turbo.

After you button up the turbocharger and downpipe you're done! Now get your car tuned :)
