There're many scientific research that shows we can help ourselves to achieve our goals by daily "coding". We can "code" ourselves with regular reminders and special motivation techniques.
There's many ways how to do that and there's even books and special courses about that.

One easy way how to help ourselves- make vision board.

You can create your vision board for anything.
Of course you can create it digital or just as to do list but creating it by your own hands and spending more time to think and create it, it gives better effect.
I crated my new year resolution vision board.
You're creating that for yourself so it's really important to do that in good mood and have time for it.

Tips

- pay attention what you write down (texts need to be short as possible)

- when you write your goals formulate them in such a way your goals are measurable (example- instead of writing "Lose weight", write exactly how much you wanna lose it or instead of writing "Work out" write how often you plan to work out etc.

- don't put too much text in your vision board, so it's easy to read quickly
- if you still want to include many goals then you should create separate vision boards (example- you can create one for personal goals and one for professional goals)

- when you create vision board decide deadline (week, month, year etc.)

- goals should be accomplishable in chosen time spend (if your chosen time spend is 1year then you shouldn't write get a bachelor's degree when you even hadn't started studies)

- use pictures to visualise your goals, pictures should represent them (by visualizing you pay more time to think about your goal and afterward you get reminded about your goals even without reading text)

- you can upgrade vision board as time goes by (if you have complished some of the goals you can replace them with new

- use colours and style that you like so it would be visually appealing

- put your vision board somewhere where it's visible and you feel comfortable to keep it there (for example- you can put it on your bedroom door so you can see it daily even without specially looking and because it's personal not every guest can see it)

To Make It More Fun and Effective

After finishing goal or deadline you take them of from vision board and glue them in notebook (including pictures).
Afterwards you can write down review for each goal no matter you accomplished it or not.

I have done it for 3 years and it's really fun to do. I hope after many years it will be interesting to read my kids as well.

Hope it will be helpful and fun You as well!
