The design process was powered by ChatGPT, which provided endless ideas and inspiration to develop distinct wrestling characters with a skull-inspired edge. Using ChatGPT, I transformed my ideas surrounding wrestling stances, high-energy poses, and skeletal themes, then transformed these concepts into vivid, detailed sticker designs.

Once the design ideas were polished and perfected, I brought these characters to life with the help of a vinyl cutter. This tool enabled me to cut each design with precision, giving every sticker a professional finish and making it durable enough for long-lasting wear. In this Instructables guide, I’ll take you through the entire process, from using ChatGPT to brainstorm and create designs to preparing the vinyl cutter and assembling your skull-themed wrestling stickers. 1. ChatGPT Pro subscription (Or access to any AI image creation software)
2. Vinyl Cutter
3. Vinyl Material (the material the stickers will be made out of)
4. Silhouette Studio (Free software that can be downloaded: https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/silhouette-studio)

First we are going to make the designs that will be used in our skull wrestling stickers. In this step go to your AI software that is going to create the image that you wish to turn into a sticker. In this step be extremely deliberate with the text you give to the AI, and insure that you are asking for simplistic designs with minimal lines. This will create designs that are easier manage in the vinyl cutter. Once you receive the preliminary sketch, continue to edit your design and shape it to your hearts desire. Ensure when you download these images that they are in a PNG format.

Open the Silhouette Studio and create a new project. Here you will want to open the images that you have created. Navigate to the file tab, and select open and then navigate to your downloaded images on your desktop.

Once your image is visible in the working area, open the trace panel. This can be found on the tool bar along the right side of the screen. It is shown above as the blue icon in the image. Using the select trace area tool, create a box around your image to trace it. Make sure to use the solid fill trace option. Once the traces are made delete the other media inside the work area.

Once your designs are prepared, its now time to set up the Vinyl cutter! First we must load the printing material into the Vinyl cutter. This can be done by placing your vinyl material onto the plastic placemat and inserting it into the machine. Press the Up arrow on the device to lock your material into place.

Once your designs are ready and the vinyl cutter has been preped with the materials, toggle to the send tab and send your designs to the cutter! Make sure that you have the correct materials input into the material section, and auto cut action is used.

Peel your stickers from the backing and place them!
