Hey momoluvers! It's momo and today I'll be making a super cute instructable that is unique and clever. This is so amazing and will arouse curiosity in any one who sees it!

I was inspired by this image (the pink camera) I found on the Internet and all that was provided was a template for the accordion lens and nothing else!

I decided to give my momoluvers a DIY for this, as I wasn't so sure how it would turn out, I was hesitant to create this- although it turned out great!

All votes will be very much appreciated!!!

NOTE: this instructable is a 100% momo original, none of the information in this tutorial had been previously devised

Supplies

2~ cardboard (can be recycled and old)
3~ liquid glue
4~ at least 2 different patterns of paper

Put the strips on the sides of the squares and tape it down. Make sure it's sturdy because this is the base and it has to be strong.

Glue the bottom of the box and stick it on patterned paper.

Gold the paper up and cut along the top edge. Glue the flaps against the cardboard like shown above.

Trim if necessary. And repeat with the smaller box

Cut out a square of cardboard measuring 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"

Cut out four strips measuring 2 3/4" x 1/2"

Repeat the steps you did to construct the base boxes

Attach the lens cap to the opposite end of the accordion lens

To make the detailed lens, cut out two long, thin strips and roll them into loops.

Trace both sizes on patterned paper

Cut out the traced circles creating small tabs so that it can attach to the loops

On the small circle, cut an EVEN SMALLER circle to create the illusion of the lens

Attach the lens to the cover

Base Platform Construction

Cut out two rectangles measuring 4 1/2" x 3 1/4"

Cut out four strips; two measuring 3 1/4" x 3/4"

The other two measuring 4 1/2" x 3/4"

Assemble them the same you have before. Then glue it to the small box (on the bottom)

Supporting Bracket

The supporting bracket helps hold up the lens and keep it even.

To create it, cut out a 4" x 1/2" strip of cardboard.

Fold it one inch in on either side.

Glue the bottom of the bracket onto the base platform and tape the top ends to the bottom of the lens cover

Cut out a piece of paper 2" wide and 5" tall. Roll this piece and tape it together.

Make a circle shape like above, but make a small tab on the side and cut it out like so...

When you connect the tab to the circle using glue or tape, it will become a small cone shape

Attach this piece to the rolled piece from the previous step using glue and/or tape.

Glue this attachment to the left side of the camera

Finish!
