Hi friends! Today we will make a 10-minutes project, a Vintage Mobile Phone Bag with Bead Strap.

I was inspired by my grandma. I wanted to make a cute gift for her and so she can stay in touch with us through technology))

I hope you'll like the result and appreciate the simplicity and easiness of this project.

Supplies

  • Beads
  • Velvet pouch
  • Iron-on stickers

Tools:

  • Scissors
  • Durable thread
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Iron

Cut the Top

I decided to cut off the top of the pouch and change it a little. I removed stitches to maintain the length and left 1cm/0.5" allowance, enough to fold it inside.
If you have a cute and stylish jewelry pouch, just reuse it.

It’s been two years that I have no time to fix this broken necklace. But now it's time to reuse these beads.

Check the length of the necklace, it should be around chest level.

Fix the Ends

Iron-on Stickers

Yeah, my lovely iron on stickers!

Set your iron on 2nd position (wool) if you use stickers for the first time and you are not sure about it. Place a cotton fabric or some baking paper between the sticker and the iron and press the iron against the sticker for 20 seconds. Avoid moving around.

If the Sticker Has a Protective Layer, Remove It While It's Hot
