Hey guys, I made a video tutorial on how to sew them together and such. The pattern is self explanatory.

Making the Pattern
Follow both pictures.
The one with the drawing of a foot is the top part of the pattern, the one with a footprint is the bottom part of the pattern.
I made it as simple as I could. Use a pen, sharpie, and tailor's measuring tape. Draw on your foot as you do this, and make sure you measure BOTH sides. You'll figure it out, it was pretty easy to make anyways.
