Very Good Sur�wka Salad

Surówka is a very good Polish salad mainly made from apples and carrots. I really like It and have been eating it for many years.

This is a list of the ingredients:
-Carrots
-Apples
-Limes or Lemons
-Sugar

Clean the carrots and apples.

Put the carrots and apples in the shredder. Finely grate.

Add sugar and lime or lemon juice.
