Vermont Sunset Outdoor Cooking

Like to cook outside? There is nothing better in life than an amazing view, good local craft beer and local meats to have an awesome campfire dinner with friends. The vegetables are sweet potato, white onion, green pepper all rough cut. Longtrail bottles. Kids don't do this alone or without supervision, this involves fire and a hot cast iron pan.............!    That pan will stick to your hand its so hot.......DO NOT TOUCH THE PAN WITH YOUR HANDS! Not that I have don't this but as a Chef I have seen it done too many times......just don't do it please.
