Veggies on the Grill
A nice way to introduce healthy vegetables this summer is grilling them. In a disposable aluminum container I dropped some vegetables harvested from my modest patch. I got cherry tomatoes and squash from my garden.
Supplies
The way I made it, my grilled veggies included the following:
- Squash
- Cherry tomatoes
- Onions
- Any other preferred vegetables
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Mixing All the Ingredients
Mix all the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients in your flame proof container. Cook on a grill for about an hour. Carefully bring to table and share. Enjoy!
