Vegetable Bake
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
You will need:
1 Baking Dish
1 Small Mixing Bowl
400ml whipping cream
2 Potatoes
3 Medium Carrots
1/2 a Broccoli
1/2 a Cauliflower
1 Packet of Spring Vegetable Simmer Soup
Tin Foil
You will need:
1 Baking Dish
1 Small Mixing Bowl
400ml whipping cream
2 Potatoes
3 Medium Carrots

1 Packet of Spring Vegetable Simmer Soup

Chopping Up
Chop up all the vegetables and place in the baking dish. Spread them out so they will be evenly cooked.
Sauce
In the mixing bowl mix the Spring Vegetable Simmer Soup with the cream until well with a fork or whisk until combined.
Combining and Covering
Add the sauce to the vegetables and cover with tin foil. Put into oven and cook for about an hour or until vegetables are cooked through.
