Veg-Salad
Hi Guys Today my am telling about how to make a traditional salad.All you know about salad .It a mixture of raw green vegetables (such as different types of lettuce) usually combined with other raw vegetables.Today most of them are addicted to the junk foods it lead many disease..it not come just eat after but in future it is a promised thing..So the vegetable salad is very good for health. eat all vegatables once in a day..it is very good.
Now day there are many type of it.But it mainly have 5 type they are:-
* Green salad.
* Bound salad.
* Main course salads.
* Fruit salads.
* Dessert salads.
Let's go to our dish...........
Supplies
* tomato
* onion
* cucumber
* mango
* lemon
* corrat
* white gram or pea nuts
* pepper powder
* chilli power
* salt
* coriander leafs
* cabage
* tomato sauce
here i am using vegatable cutter for making it fast
Cut the Vegatables
cut the mango,tomato cucumber carrot,cabbage , onion
IMPORTANT : BEFORE CUTTING WASH THE VEGATABLE WELL
Cabbage
cut the cabbage and steam it on a vessel or cooker .I need time like 4-8 min
Don't put it on water just steam it only....
Vegatable Cutter
cut the vegetables into small pieces
Pea Nut or White Gram
if you are pea nut no need to boiling it but if you are using white gram please boil it in water .i am using pea nut.
but i recommending white gram for more taste...
Lemon Essence
take the vessel and add some water and but all the vegatables and boil it (pea nut also)..After 5 min take it
and cut the coriander leafs and add on it..now put it on a plate and add some pepper power ,chilli power ,
salt .
Now cut the lemon and add it essence....i am adding it before boiling. but i think add it after boiling is better for taste... add tomato sauce to it ...mix them all
