Veg Hakka Noodles
Hakka noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. It is very popular street food of India and is usually served as starters or even as the main course. Hakka Noodles are easy to make and delicious. Noodles are tossed with healthy veggies and seasoned with sauces on high flame to make this Indo Chinese delicacy. This is a medium spicy dish. it is a go to recipe. we have made this recipe with a few ingredients and managed to keep Indian traditions alive with its amazing taste and concluded it in one pot challenge!
Supplies
Ingredients:
- Noodles.
- Garlic.
- Carrot.
- Capsicum.
- Onion
- Cabbage (snow peas).
- Ginger.
- Green Chili.
- Edible Oil (vegetable or olive oil).
- Black pepper Powder.
- Salt.
- Tomato Ketchup.
- Soy Sauce.
- Red Chilli Sauce.
- White Vinegar.

Prep
Prep all the ingredients:
- Finely slice all the veggies.
- Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, onion.
- Finely chop garlic, ginger and green chilies.
Sautéing Veggies
- Heat a pan and add 3 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add garlic, green chilies and ginger to the oil.
- Sauté them till the garlic turns slightly brown. (Don't overcook / burn the garlic.)
- Add all the veggies ( carrot, capsicum, cabbage).
- Mix everything well capsicum. carrot, capsicum, cabbage.
- Let the veggies cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Adding Sauces
Once the vegetables are cooked, We can add the sauces as follows:
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
- 2 tablespoon red chili sauce.
- Mix everything well.
- Add salt and black pepper.
