Veg Fried Rice With Gobi Manchurian

Kids don't like to take all vegetables. Veg Fried Rice is very tasty and very very healthy with the combination of spicy Gobi Manchurian its a very nice combination for all ages. Its take some more time of work and contain lot of ingredients, but the result is very tasty meals and Healthy meals.

Fried Rice Ingredients Required

Ingredients Required

1) Basmati Rice - 500 grams

2) Butter - 2 Tbs

3) Soya sauce - 1.5 Tbs

4) White Pepper Powder - 1.5 Tbs

5) Carrot - 100 Grams

6) Cabbage - 100 Grams

7) French Beans - 100 Grams

8) Boiled Peas - 100 Grams

9) Spring Onion - & Spring Onion Green - 2 Tbs

10) Onion - 75 Grams

11) Ginger - 1 Tbs

12) Garlic - 1 Tbs

13) Capsicum - 50 Gram

14) Salt - As per your taste

15) Water - Required

Rice Preparation

Take 500 Grams of Basmati rice and clean it two or three times in water and soak it in water for 20 minutes. Then Boil the rice up to 3/4 of the full boil. Extract the excess Water and allow it to dry.

Note:-

Dont fully boil the rice, if fully boiled the rice become paste. Only 3/4th boil rice is good for fried rice.

Before Start cook Chopped all the vegetables and keep it aside.

1) First Put a pan in the gas stove and light it.

2) Put 2 Table spoon of butter in the Pan.

3) Once the butter got melted, put the chopped garlic and ginger in it and saute for few minutes up to the raw smell gone.

4) Then Put the Chopped Onion and saute for few minutes.

5) Then add the Capsicum and spring onion and Spring onion green and saute it for few minutes up to the raw smell change.

6) Then add the Chopped French Beans.and saute it.

7) Mix it all together and add the Chopped Cabbage and saute it.

8) Mix it well together and add the Chopped Carrot and saute it.

9) Then add the Boiled Peas with the mixer.

10) Then add Salt and White pepper powder in to the mixer and saute it.

11) Add Soya sauce to the mixture and mix it genly. Saute it for few monre minutes up to all the vegetables cooked. Now the fried rice mixure is ready.

1) Take the cooked Rice and the vegetable Mixture.

2) Put it together in a big pan and mix it gently (don't break the Rice).

3) Mix it well and Keep the pan in the stove for few minutes and now the healthy and Tasty Fried rice is ready.

1) Cauliflower - 250 Grams

2) Ginger - 1 Tbs

3) Garlic - 1Tbs

4) Onion - 150 grams

5) Spring Onion & Spring Onion Green - 2 Tbs

6) Soya Sauce - 1 Tbs

7) Tomato Sauce - 2 Tbs

8) Capsicum - 50 Grams

9) Green Chilly - 2 nos

10) Red Chilly Powder - 1.5 Tbs

11) Salt - to taste

12) Butter - 2 Tbs

13) Flour - 6 Tbs

14) Corn Flour - 3 Tbs

15) Rice Flour - 1 Tbs

16) White Pepper Powder - 1 Tbs

17) Kasuri Methi - 0.5 Tbs

18) Oil - For Deep Frying

19) Water

1) Take 250 Grams of cauliflower and clean it.

2) Cut small Pieces and Boiled it.

3) Add Flour - 6 Tbs,Corn Flour - 3 Tbs, Rice Flour - 1 Tbs, Red chilly Powder - 1.5Tbs, Soya Sauce - 1 Tbs and Salt for Taste.

4) Sprinkle some water and add the Boiled cauliflower and ingredients gently and keep it aside for 1 hour.

5) Now heat the cooking oil in a pan and Fry the cauliflower.

6) Now the cauliflower fry is ready and its very tasty and crispy.

8) Take a small Qty of water and add 1 Tbs of Corn Flour and mix it well.

9) Add the Corn flour syrup to the mixture.

10) Keep the mixture in low flame for few minutes.

1) Now add the Roasted Cauliflower with the mixture in the stove. And mix it well to coat over all the roast.

2) Add some Spring Onion & Spring Onion Green with this mix.

3) Sprinkle Kasuri Methi and mix well.

4) Keep it in low flame for very few minutes.

5) Now the Gopi Manchurian is also Ready.
