Valentines Shell Card

An easy, and crafty card. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, or an anniversary.

Supplies

Beach shells, scissors, a paint brush, and paint of your choice. You will also need a box, marker, and glue gun. (Jewels/ pearls are optional)

Mark,n,Cut

Mark a corner of your box, depending on how large you want your card to be. Once marked take your scissors, and cut along the line you’ve created.

Plan

Peace your shells together to create a heart shape, then make sure to mark the sides so you don’t cut it too small.

Cut, Cut, Cut

Slide your shells to the side, and start to cut your cardboard into a square, or the shape of your choice.

Paint!

Grab your paint brush, paint, and something disposable to lay underneath your cardboard Square. Paint your cardboard piece with the color of your choice, then wait till dry.

Decorating

Peace all your shells back into your heart shape, and start to glue.

Finishing Touches

Once glue is dry, you can add pearls, beads, and a little note if needed. (of course this is all optional)
