Valentine Breakfast Egg

You can give your valentine a lot in the shape of an heart (bread, card, etc...) but have you ever considered of making a boiled egg in the shape of a heart.

It is very easy and makes a valetine breakfast (with orange juice, a rose, some crosaints) complete.

(Guy's if you forget about valentine there are still possibility's, you just have to get up a little earlier to make a valentine breakfast.)

For this suprise you only need a few items:

• 1 egg
• a pan and water
• a piece of cardboard, or an old postcard
• 2 clothespin
• 1 stirrer or spatula.

First things first is to boil the egg (it needs to be hard boiled)

After the egg is boiled you need to peel it, dont wait to long before peeling to get the egg in to shape it has to be warm.

Now comes the fun part.

Fold the cardboard or postcard and put the egg inside.

now gently push the stirrer or spatula on the egg (lengthwise) making a long dent in the side.

and use the clothespins to keep it there, for about 10 minutes.

During the wait you have time to make some fresh orange juice, etc for the valentine suprise.

Thanks to my daugther who wanted to help.

After about 10 minutes you can remove the clothespins and the stirrer or spatula, open up the cardboard or postcard and remove the (now) V shaped egg with a grove on the top.

Cut it and place it on the plate.

Getting a suprise that is bought in a store is nice, is it something the other has made it is priceless.
