Hey guys , I am so glad that I am able to share my process of making a self sustained bicycle and the things which I learned throughout the making of this masterpiece . Moreover as the prices of the fuels are rising so rapidly , so I got the solution for it which we can make it in our garage and use it with full of joy .This bike can be used in daily life and can even bring our interest to cycle daily and can be converted to electric wherever we get tired . So this is the best product to use for future transport as it is eco friendly and can cut our major expenses .

Now lets start making the ebike and transform our living experience .

Hey there, buy or take an old bicycle which you want to convert into an e-bike .Wash it properly now . Do all the repairs required to use the cycle normally without any disturbances .

Ebike Is an Electric Bike Which Runs Like a Motorbike But Rather on Batteries .The basic components of an ebike are :

The motor , the batteries and the motor controller . The motor rotates by the electrical energy which is stored in the battery and this transfer of energy is regulated by the motor controller . The specifications of motors that can be used are any PMDC motors or hub motors . Battery should be taken considering which motor you are taking . It can be either 24V or 36 V . To make such high voltage battery , you can either connect 12 V batteries in series . Moreover it is recommended to take lithium ion batteries , since they are less in weight and high in power and can be fit easily in any small compartment .

Now you have to connect the motor on the rear wheel of the bicycle . The batteries and the motor should be connected to motor controller which will regulate both the things . Also you need to connect a throttle on the handle of the bicycle and it should be connected to motor controller . It will control the speed of the ebike by regulating speed of the rpm of the motor.

Items needed for this step are : Motor , motor controller , batteries , throttle , wires and basic electrical equipments .

Convert Into a Self Sustainable Cycle . Firstly We Will Use Solar Energy .

Till this step you have created an ebike . You can use it freely but there is an issue of charging the batteries again and again . So to overcome this issue we have found a solution that we can use the renewable sources of energy to charge the battery .

For that we have connected a solar panel on the roof of the cycle which also gives a shade to the cyclist .The solar panel is of 36 V and 100W charge . Also a solar charge controller is connected to the panel and the battery to stabilize the fluctuations of solar energy .
Also the connections are explained in the diagram .

Moreover we have created a Aluminum frame for the placement of the solar panel . It also gives the cyclist a guard from the sun and rain . Moreover it does not obstruct cyclists view in any manner . For the frame we have used hollow aluminium frames to decrease weight of it and welded the structure with the cycle.

Now We Will Connect Piezo Energy, Dynamo and Wind Energy .

Although solar energy is a powerful source but to overcome the thought of using it in the rainy season. We can add three other sources that are piezo energy , dynamo and wind energy . Now let me explain you about these energies .

Piezo energy : There are these small piezo plates which convert the pressure applied on them into electric energy . So we can place these piezo plates wherever possible . Ideal places are below the battery and in the seat of bicycle . Since piezo energy generates current in AC , so we convert it to DC using a rectifier and diodes . Their connection is shown in the diagram.

Wind Energy : Whenever the cycle is in motion we can use that moving air to generate some electricity for us . So for that we can introduce some fans in the frontend of the bicycle . And now rotation of these blades will be converted by generator and supplied to the battery .

Dynamo : This is a electric generator which converts mechanical energy into electric energy . Thus it converts the rotation of wheels into electric energy and passes it to the battery .

Therefore due to these sources we can even be assured in rainy seasons .
