The Avocado Box is a tool that assists with the cutting, de-pitting, and peeling of an avocado. This device makes preparing an avocado much easier with only 1 hand.
First Cut

Push the avocado onto the spikes inside the Avocado Box. Use your knife to cut from the top to the bottom of the avocado.

Rotate the avocado so that the incision made in the last step is facing the spikes. Push the avocado onto the spikes. Cut the avocado from top to bottom.

After the avocado is cut in half, push the half of the avocado with the pit in it onto the spikes, pit side up. Use the knife to pry the pit out of the avocado.
Peeling

Once the pit is removed, rotate the avocado so that the skin side faces up. Push the soft side onto the spikes. Use your thumb and knife to peel the skin while the avocado is secured. If this is too difficult, you can peel using your fingers and thumb while your palm grips the avocado. The box is not needed if you use this method.
