  1. Hit Windows key
  2. Type: taskmgr.exe
  3. Click on squiggly line icon
  4. Look for "Up Time" field
  5. Format is: Days:Hours:Minutes:Seconds
  6. If Days is greater than 2, reboot the computer [not log in and log out]
