Using BlueSwarf Analytics

The Tooling Cloud captures a large amount of data that can be analyzed using our Excel templates.

Download Templates

Download Analytics Excel templates from the BlueSwarf support site. Enter “Analytics” in the search box. There are two choices of templates. One is for shop-wide analytics and the other is for single machine analytics. If you are doing a single machine skip ahead to Step 13.

Click “Audit Log” Under the Admin Menu

Click the “Vending History" Tab

Scroll to the Bottom of the Page and Click on “Download CSV”

Click Save

Follow the instructions on the right side of each worksheet. Enter or select data in the yellow highlighted fields. Save the and archive the Excel files by date.
