Here is my instructions on how to make a useless box.

DPDT Switch - Search Shopping

1x - DPDT Switch

AA x 2 Battery Holder Box Custodia PCB Mount | eBay Australia

1x - AA 2x Battery Holder

Hookup wires

Follow wiring diagram:

Connect The Motor:

1. Solder 2 wires out of the DPDT-Switch (3, 4)
2. Connect these 2 wires to the sides of the motor

Connect The Battery Pack:

1. Solder a wire from the bottom right (6) to the top left (1) of the switch
2. Connect Positive end of the Battery Pack to bottom right (6) of the switch

1. Solder 2 wires together from one end
2. Connect another wire to the joint end
3. Connect one end to the Negative of the Battery Pack

Connect The Limit Switch:

1. Connect a wire from the C end of the Limit Switch to the Bottom Left of the Switch (5)
2. Connect another end of the three wires to the NC end of the Limit Switch

Connect the last end of the three wires to the top right of the Switch (2)

Cut wood to the applicable size and glue the pieces together.
