U.S.B. Charger for Motorcycle
As a Motorcycle User, We all feel the necessity of Charger on Vehicle, but stalk Motorcycles don't come with U.S.B. Chargers, so lets make one for ourselves
Gathering the Requirements
Material Required
1. USB Car Charger ( Fast Charger 2.1 Amp)
2. Wire (Generic)
3.Solder Iron (Soldron)
4. Soldering Wire (generic)
5.Hot Glue Gun(Stanley)
6.Wire Cutter(Multitec)
7.Switch( Generic)
8.Zip Tie(Generic)
( OPTIONAL) Water Proofing the Circuit
this charger would be possibly used in every season including rainy season, a layer of water proof fluid would do the trick
use a clear coat nail paint to protect the circuit from water.
apply 2 coats of clear nail paint to both the sides of pcb as shown in video

Soldering
1. Identify and POSITIVE and NEGATIVE terminals on the Charger.
2. Cut 2 pieces of wires ( red and blue in my case) into length of 2 meter
3. solder the red wire on the bottom of charger.
4. solder the blue wire on any one of the sides of chager.
Wire Management
manage the wires by tying them using ZIP TIE, to avoid entanglement and wire getting stuck into moving parts of motorcycle.
Setup
1. place the charger according to your convenience, which in my case was near the speedometer of my motorcycle.
2. carefully work the wires across the engine towards the battery compartment.
3. connect the positive of the battery to the RED wire.
4. connect the Negative of the battery to the BLUE wire.
