Level Up Responsibility

We hear drink responsibly almost exclusively with alcohol. Yet we need to be responsible with all drinks. A wide variety of beverages come connected with a plastic holder. While recyclable, these still end up in landfills. I'm sure most people have seen an animal trapped in such a container. Here is a quick and easy way to prevent that.

So you have a plastic bottle holder. These can come from flavored water, sport drinks, beer, soda, and more. Empty it out and get some scissors, knife, or other safely workable cutting device (a reciprocating saw might not be the best choice for this project Tim Taylor).

Now, cut every opening in the plastic. Look out for tiny ones that might be easily overlooked.

Dispose, preferably in the recycle bin, and drink on!
