Upcycled Embroidered Jeans

Embroidered Jeans are the new rage this summer. They are almost everywhere, which inspired me to make my own diy version!

You Will Need

A pair of jeans, Embroidery Thread, General sewing supplies

Make the Design

Before starting with embroidery, roughly sketch out the design you want.

Make the Petals

Embroider the outline of each petals as shown in the photos. This technique is similar to that of 'Chain Stitch'.

Fill the Petals

If you are making a flower with narrow petals then this step wont be required. And if making broader petals, you might have to repeat this 3 or 4 times in each petal.

Makethe Stems

This is a easy running stitch, you could add leaves around the stem using the same technique used to make a single petal.
