So simple and fast
Unlock all your System Preferences
This i found on a google search, not my idea

What to Do

Check you System Preferences (SP from not on), usually locked at school or work, make sure that yours are locked, if not then your done.

Do a Spot light search for "system preferences"
Drag and drop (copy) SP to your desktop or where ever you want it from the Spotlight search

Rename It

Rename SP
to something you want I am going to name it SP2, so you know what is the unlocked version

Now to Unlock the File

Right (control click) on the SP2
go to Show Package Contents
now navigate to /Contents/Resources
now delete the file NSPrefPaneGroups.plist
now close package Contents and run SP2

Using It

Now run it, dont worry all the easy to use buttons are gone but all you have to do is go to view
you may have to click view more then one time to get it to open
Now you have everything open, but some require a Admin password to save it :(
I use it to turn off the fruity colors on the close, re-size buttons
Now if you have people that check you Mac then hide it some where
and remember don;t do anything that will get you in trouble, not my fault.
