Swich auto focus OFF.  Set it to apr 0,7 - 1 m or other, depending on your intends.  
Something soft around  the camera helps to fix it ..

Check for bubles before diving.
You'll have no ability  to use viewfinder, pause or stop. Everything can be inproved later, with win move maker

Fix the lock somehow. (I used peace of rope :) )
