Ultimate Timer

Introduction:

This Ultimate Timer was inspired by Simple LCD Timer With Arduino UNO. This project was created so beginners could easily make an Arduino Leanardo timer. This could also be a reference to change the UNO version to Leanardo. Otherwise, this could be your go-to spot when you are in need of a great timer. This product can help you when you are doing science, PE, math, computer projects or simply help you in your daily life.

Supplies:

The materials are,

x1 Leonardo Arduino

x20 Jumper Wires

x1 Resister

x1 LCD screen

x1 Button

x1 breadboard

x1 USB connecter or Portable Charger

x1 scissor

x1 tape

Installing the LCD Board

Flip your Lcd board to the back plug in your jumper wires to the four pins and connect it to your Arduino with the corresponding pins. Use the picture for reference needed.

Using the picture with reference if you're worried about the 5v just use a jumper cable with a receiving end to plug it and add it to the plus side of the board.

The Box

Cut your cardboard into the size of your Arduino and breadboard. Do this by using scissors to cut the cardboard. Then make the sides and tape them together to surround the whole Arduino and breadboard. The sides should be a little higher than the Arduino and the jumper cables. Then make a cover with another piece of cardboard and cut out two wholes for your LCD board and Button.

This step has been done for you via this link. When you have finished all the hardware and the cover download this code and open it by using Arduino. Simply upload it and watch it work.

Using the Device

By pressing the button you reset the timer and by holding down the button releasing it starts the timer.
