Design thinking is the process of creative thinking and the invention of new things. The design thinking process is important because it helps us invent new useful things. My design consists of a box where you put something in the center and it will be hit by UV light on all 4 sides. You can leave it on for as much time as you want and it will sanitize your items. I would like to talk about empathy. Empathy is the feeling of putting yourself in the situation of another person. Empathy is really important in the design thinking process because as designer we have to be thinking about what the user wants and needs. In my case my user is whichever person who would like to be able to sanitize or clean their things. The interpretation phase is when you hear the ideas or the opinions of people you try to interpret what they feel or think. The drivers are Clean, Easy-to-use, Durable, Good results, Easily Sanitize, Leave things clean, Portable. The constraints are Slow, Expensive, Hard to use, Refilling. Ideation is when you brainstorm ideas or blueprints to have an idea of how it's made.
