You'll need a few things to make this instructable happen.

Here's the list:
Hot Glue Gun + Glue
Pliers/Snips
USB Thumb Drive
Old Zippo
Two strong magnets

Grab some pliers and snips and pull the thumb drive apart.
Instead of grabbing the metal USB circuit board, only pull and snip away at the plastic.
You will get a very small circuit board, and the remaining plastic casing.
You can throw away the old case, since we are building a new one! :D

This part is easy.
Simply pull the fuel and ignition box out of the casing.
You can either save the fuel and ignition box, or throw it away.
All we need is the casing.

Line It Up!

Put the thumb drive circuit board into the Zippo casing.
You want it closer to the hinge so the top of the usb board does't block the casing from closing.

Glue It Up!

Start pouring hot glue at the base of the casing and wait for it to solidify a little.
This will help hold the circuit board in place for the rest of the gluing.
Then, pump glue into the casing until it almost reaches the top.

Place the Magnets!

Now, take two magnets and place them at the unhinged end of the lighter.
This will keep your thumb drive closed so dust doesn't get in it.
I used a old harddrive magnet, that i broke in half.

Finished Product!
