225g Strawberries

1tbsp Caster Sugar

1tbsp Water or Lemon Juice

Heat up the strawberries, sugar and water on a low heat. Once softened, mash the strawberries and leave to cool completely.

225g Strawberries

60g / 1/4 Cup Strawberry Yogurt

60g / 1/4 Cup Milk

1tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

344g / 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream

+ Shortcake / Shortbread Biscuits & The Strawberry Syrup.

Add the strawberries, yogurt, milk and vanilla bean paste to a blender and blend until everything is homogenous. Add the ice cream and blend again. Crush the shortcake / shortbread biscuits and add to the bottom of a glass along with the strawberry syrup. Fill the glass with the milkshake and top with some whipped cream, more of the biscuit crumbs, syrup and a fresh strawberry.
