Tying a Shoelace

For almost 50 years I have been tying my shoelaces like the one on the left - a few weeks ago I discovered how easy it was to tie them like the one on the right; so here is a very small almost useless instructable - unless like me you have been doing it wrong.

Over or under.
The way I used to do it - lace over the bow.
My new way - lace under the bow.

I absolutely understand how trivial this is - but tying my shoelaces horizontally instead of vertically makes me happy.
