1. Scale it smaller to a diameter of 15mm.

1. Rotate and move it to the area outlined in orange.
2. Don't forget you can change the Snap grid from 1.0 to 0.25 for more control when positioning shapes.

1. Copy and paste it, then rotate the shape 60 degrees.
2. Move it to the area marked in orange.
