Use the line tool to create an octagon. The four long sides should be 12 mm long. They should all be 12 mm away from the center. Then connect the lines to form the smaller lines.
![Screenshot 2024-02-02 132800.png](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/F2M/GRGJ/LSN8E173/F2MGRGJLSN8E173.png&filename=Screenshot 2024-02-02 132800.png)
Then make a circle centered at the center with a diameter of 19 mm. Then elevate it 15 mm.

Then make a sketch of a circle with a diameter of 4.5 mm. Now you can extrude it 18 mm.

Now, create another circle with a diameter of 7.5 mm. Extrude that circle toward the turtle 4.5 mm and again in the other direction 2 mm.

Make a circle with a diameter of 4 mm in the middle of each of the smaller sides of the octagon. Then, extrude them 2 mm toward the top of the turtle. After that, fillet the upper edge of the cylinders 2 mm.
