This bread is very delicious, and seems flat, but also is thick enough to fill things in it and eat it. ( A friend of mine said he would rather eat this bread than waffles.) This bread also is our family's special recipe. It has puffy tops, and when fresh, it is very soft, smells good. I would recommend you try it. Warning: This is hard when you first try, but becomes easier when you do it several times.

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk
1 cup of water

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of yeast

Making the Dough

Put all the ingredients listed into a big bowl. Then mix it with a spoon until it is dough. Make sure none of the dough is sticking on the bowl's sides.

Yeast Time!

Make it wait in yeast for about 1 hour.

More Flour...

Now, take out big amounts of bread and put them in flour. Flip it so that all of the dough is covered in flour, but don't flip too much.

Spreading Out the Dough.

Spread the dough with your fingers, but stop when it looks thick enough.

Make More

Make more, and put them all on top of clear and clean bags. When your dough is finished, stop the routine. Then put the other side of the clean bag on top of the spreaded out bread. Wait 7-8 minutes, while you heat the pan at heat the pan at 6 degrees (9-degree cooker).

Frying the Dough.

Now, after you waited 7-8 minutes, and the pan is ready, put the breads in order onto the pan, and flip it on both sides of the bread, and if needed do it another time. When the color of the dough is gone, take it out, and put it on the clean bags once again.

Cooking It.

When the bread are getting fried in the pan, heat up the oven to 500 degrees, or high, on the broil setting. Check on the bread a few times while you are waiting. When you see that the bread look like the second image take it out. And when you are checking on the bread, if any of the breads get a bigger bubble than the rest around the bread, pop it with a fork.

Enjoy( 2 Optionals)

Turning to Pizza(optional)

This step is optional. If you want to make a pizza kind, but make the bread thinner, and add mozzarella first. After these, do the same routine as the steps say before this one.

When the bread is still in the pan, and in the broil, with a knives' un-sharp side, press on the dough gently, to make the shape. Now, make the sides round, like pizza. Now it is decorated! You can spread butter if you want.
