Turkish Pide

This is turkish pide, which is a traditional dish, and very popular around turkey. it is very good, and has specialties like pizza, and also tastes like pizza. But it can be hard. This is very good, and fills your stomach for a long time. But it is hard to do, so are you up for making this mouth watering dish?

Supplies

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water, 4 cups flour ,1 teaspoon of salt ,1 teaspoon of yeast, 2 teaspoons of oil, mozzarella cheese, butter, tomato, sausage.

Making Dough

Put all the ingredients in any way to make the dough.

Yeast Time...

Wait 1 hour as the yeast will rise the dough.

Continue.

Make small sized portions, and put them all in flour.

Spreading...

Spread the dough, so that it looks like this.

Cheese Time!

Put the cheese on top of the pide. Then wrap the sides of pide that is dough, and be sure it looks like the pictures. Add sausages and tomatoes if you want.

Now, put the pides on the stove carefully, and put the stove on middle. When you see the cheese melting and the bottom changed color to the color like the picture's baked mode, take it out.

Put the pides onto the oven's broil setting on the high level, or 500 Fahrenheit. When the color changes again, take it out.
