Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp. cacao nibs
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise pod
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 tbsp. cardamom
- 2 tbsp. coffee beans, cracked
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup 101 proof bourbon
Steep

Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar, adding the liquor last. Steep for at least a month, longer if you like. To steep, put them in a place out of direct light. It will be very hard to wait, but the end result is worth it.
Bottle and Enjoy!

After the steeping time, you just strain and bottle up the bitters. You can even use personalized labels, like I did. Now you can enjoy them in your favorite cocktails!
