Turkey Chili
I love Chili its one of my favorite foods of all time and if well made has more than just Spicy going on flavor wise
This Recipe will use up a large chunk of your left over Thanksgiving turkey. I made it for my family for the next day and they loved it.
I got the idea of doing this after watching a show on BBC America talk about using Left over turkey from Christmas to make turkey curry.
This recipe will take longer to read than it will to make, I gave myself almost 2 hours I only needed around 30 min.

Prep
Dice up the onion and brown em up i like them still on the crisp side
While the Onion is cooking break up the turkey so its bite sized. While you can use a knife to do this, I found it was faster to just use my hands an pull it apart for most of it.

Cook
Get the biggest pot you have (i would have like to use a bigger one if i had had one) you'll need the room when you mix the ingredients together
take all the ingredients and add them to the pot bring the pot to a simmer.
Once it does add the turkey and onions.
Stir everything together and let it sit till the liquid bubbles.

Personally i like Chili over rice w some melted cheese but there are a lot of ways to serve it (see Optional Ingredients for some suggestions).
this recipe is for 8-10 servings but over rice it is more like 12 servings
