So easy and delicious!!! My husband's recipe for Man-sagna - aka super easy tuna lasagna- no pre-cooking of sauces or pasta sheets - ready in about 45 minutes or less from start to finish.  Just layer it all up and you are ready to bake!  No special skills required.  Perfect for a quick, tasty and healthy dinner - and no you don't have to be a man to make it!

serves 3-4 people:

10-12 lasagna sheets
2 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tins tuna steak/chunks
1 tbs mixed herbs
1 tub cream cheese/ricotta (300-400g)
1 ball sliced mozzarella
150-200g strong cheese grated (e.g. mature cheddar, parmesan, pecorino)
(lots of) black pepper!

mix drained tuna with chopped tomatoes, add chopped herbs and season with (lots of!) black pepper. You can of course put as much black pepper as you like. Mr Man-sagna maker likes LOTS!!!!! of black pepper!

bake in a 180C-200c oven for 30-40 minutes.  It's done when the pasta is cooked through and nicely golden on top.
