Triple Threat Low Carb Breakfast Muffins

Breakfast does not have to be boring. On a recent cruise, one of the chefs made a delectable breakfast treat. I was so inspired that I decided I wanted to try making it at home. These yummy treats are packed with protein and are low carb for all you keto dieters out there. You can use a variety of meats and vegetables and the egg holds them all together. Although it is quick and easy to make, it tastes like something a chef would make. I hope you enjoy these.
Supplies
- Muffin pan
- Olive oil spray
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 8 pieces of thin sliced ham
- Cheddar cheese
- Fresh spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Heavy whipping cream
Gather Your Ingredients, Preheat Oven to 400, and Spray Olive Oil Into Muffin Tins



Put 2 Slices of Ham Into 4 of the Tins, Crack 1 Egg Over the Ham, and Sprinkle With Cheddar Cheese.



Line Second Row of Tins With Spinach, Put Diced Cherry Tomatoes on Top, Crack Egg on Top, and Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese




Crack 1 Egg in 3rd Row of Tins, Sprinkled Grated Parmesan Cheese, and Drizzle With Heavy Whipping Cream



Place in Oven and Bake for 14 Minutes.


Remove From Muffin Tin. Serve Immediately or Store in Airtight Container in Refrigerator.
