Construction Base
Use 25 mm tube, Bend to 30 degrees after 400 mm
Then bend another 30 degree to 435 mm height
Axis Construction
Use rectangle profile After 30 mm cut window of 30 mm height and 40 mm spacing - repeat on both edges, Cut off top flap
Bend flaps on top of the other and weld
Cut window of 30 mm length in middle length of rectangle profile
Assembling Construction Pieces
Place bottom tube construction in the middle window of the metal profile place cut window to lock construction and weld together.
Stabilizing Foot
19 mm diameter tube 120 mm length
Weld stabilizing foot to bottom construction tube 30 mm from bottom curve
Handlebar Stand
Use 25 mm diameter tube 500 mm length
Weld 35 mm from bottom curve of construction tube
Drilling
Drill 4 mm hole 10 mm from edge of both side of wheel axis tube(for wheel stopper)
Drill 8 mm hole 90 mm from each edge of metal construction and wheel axis tube (for screws)
Drill 8 mm hole parallel to bottom tube construction screw holes (for screw)
Drill 8 mm hole 20 mm from edge of bottom tube construction (for screw)
Drill 10 mm hole 20 mm from edge of top tube construction- for ball pin head lock
Drill 4 mm hole 30 mm from edge of top tube construction- for stopper
Drill horizontally two 4 mm hole 36 mm from edge of top tube construction 10 mm from each other- for chain for Ball pin head lock
Standing Surface
Wooden plater 480 mm length 320 mm width
Drill 30 mm hole 25 mm from front edge- surface, for Handlebar stand
