The usual war between humans and pesky insects has no end. These animals that ruin our summer outdoors are a problem.

I present to you a famous trap for flies and mosquitoes revisited by me.

First of all, I used recycled material and in 2 hours I built it in the garage

no problem.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION

The fly attracted by the light is sucked into the fan and falls into the bottom of the jar. In the bottom of the jar, which is actually the lid, I put some honey. Honey sticks flies and doesn't let them escape and acts as bait.

Mark the hole of the PC fan in the center of the jar and the 4 screws that fix it with a felt-tip pen.

Make a hole in the center of the jar and widen it with fine scissors at the mark.

Drill the 4 holes for the screws

From inside the jar, apply the fan by passing the screws of appropriate length to pass the jar fan and screwing onto the spacers.

Proceed with another hole to thread the fan wires

Drill the Holes in the Saucer.

Now mark and drill the holes in the saucer where the spacers will be screwed.

In the saucer glue the RGB receiver after removing it from the plastic shell and soldering the + and - wires of the fan. The power socket must be facing a previously drilled hole.

The final result satisfies me a lot, above the garden table in the evening it makes a good impression.
