Training Device
This training device trains your rhythmization ability. It is a flexural oscillator and makes 8 vibrations per second or less. It is made of a rectangular plastic plate. One end of the plate is roughened for better handling. It is made of polyethylene high density (PEHD, HDPE, PE-HD). This plastic can be found in any super market. It is used for bottles containing cleaner. You can take an old bottle and make this training device out of it or you have to buy a thin PEHD plate somewhere.

Preparing the Device
Take a plate made of PE-HD. This plate has a thickness of 0,04 inch (1 Millimeter) or a little less. You can take an old bottle for this purpose. Look at the bottom of the bottle. It should have the recycling code PEHD or HDPE. Take a scissors and cutout a rectangular piece out of the plastic plate (or bottle). The dimensions of the rectangular outcutted piece are 0,8 inch X 7 inch (20mm X 180mm). Smooth the edges of the rectangular plate. For better grip an end of the plate is roughened. To limit the roughened area thick adhesive tape is suitable. Take fine sandpaper for all the sandpaper works. Finally you have a low cost training device to train your rhythmization ability, for relaxing and for active vibration therapy.
