We designed this device to help people with visual impairments to recognise traffic

lights when crossing the road. This invention is the first step in our efforts to

help them overcome their fear of the outside world, and we will continue to optimise

the device and develop more projects to facilitate the visually impaired, helping

more and more of them to get out of their homes and experience the world. Experience

the beauty of the world.

The connecting steps are the most tedious and important. The connections must be

made as shown in the diagram in order for the code to drive the unit. The code and

This step requires the Arduino IDE software to run, just click upload.

Improvements and Optimisations

Of course this project has a lot of room for improvement, you can adapt it based on our code, in the serial monitor you can see the red, green and blue values, by adapting the program you can recognize more colours; also, the SYN6288 uses hexadecimal, you need to compile it with a function generator to get it to emit the correct voice
