Touch Switch Circuit Using Transistor MOSFET
How to make a touch switch circuit using a transistor MOsfet for any electronic projects
Very easy project and useful for any circuit that requires such a electronic touch switch.
Touch Switch Circuit Components
In order to make this touch switch circuit we need some components:
-A plastic case
-2 washers and 2 screws
-mosfet IRFZ44N
This switch circuit is very useful and practical can be used in an aplication as long as you respect the mosfet
datasheet accourding to your mosfet Do not exceed voltage and current specifications.
Touch Plates
The circuit is not complicated and the plates that simulate the touching sensor. After we will introduce the screws and washers we have to extend some wires and we will prepare the circuit diagram .At this step we have to have 4 wires 2 from screws and 2 from washers.
Touch Switch Circuit Diagram
The hart of this electronic project is the IRFZ44N Mosfet transistor
and his unique properties that make this touch switch circuit possible. Mosfet IRFZ44N The metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET) is a type of field-effect transistor (FET), most commonly fabricated by the controlled oxidation of silicon. It has an insulated gate, whose voltage determines the conductivity of the device.
From the diagram to the real thing is just one step just follow the diagram and check to not be connected between washers and screws.
Touch Switch in a Case
A touch switch is a type of switch that only has to be touched by an object to operate. It is used in many lamps and wall switches that have a metal exterior as well as on public computer terminals. A touchscreen includes an array of touch switches on a display. A touch switch is the simplest kind of tactile sensor.
