So first I'm sorry that I didin't take that much pic's

You will need the Following:

Square

Tape measure

Drill/Driver

Chop-saw

File

Eye and ear protection

Pallets.

I used a scrap piece of wood that was 1/2''x1/2'' for the handle.

Ok I think that's all.

Getting Your Wood and Measuring and Cutting.

So once you have your pallets then take the top panels off, they can be any width you want, I used 5 1/2'' for this tool carrier. Then, measure three 1ft. long boards, then measure two 1ft1/4'' boards, then mark the lines. Use the square to make the line straight. After you got the measuring done, take the boards over to the chop-saw and cut them.

Handlebar

So, take the 1/2''x1/2'' piece, measure 1ft 3/8'' and mark. Then take it over to the Chop-saw and cut, and then secure it in the vise grips, and using the file, round the corners a little bit.

Putting Together

DSCF0354.JPG

Take the 3 1ft. boards, these are the bottom and the sides, attach them using screws or nails, then take two 1ft1/4'' boards, these are your tall sides as shown. Go ahead and attach those as well. Then, take your handle bar and attach that 1'' from the top edge of the tall sides. and there you are!!!!!!!!
